Many of our Dealers are also structured to internally handle technical support, providing a service to 360°.

WARRANTY: Ecoteck's product warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of testing. The warranty does not include maintenance and calibration operations, as well as replacement of those wear components mentioned in the proper certificate that we invite you to consult in advance.

PLEASE REMEMBER ... you must contact the Service Centre when provided with 1) warranty certificate 2) serial number 3) testing date of the stove in order to communicate to the T.S.C. as much information as possible about the product purchased.
